We at WESTCOAST® are fully committed to the quality of our products and hope that you are also satisfied.

Should this not be the case for any reason, you are welcome to return the item to us within 14 days or exchange it for another size. We think it goes without saying that the article must be in perfect condition: the article must not have been used by you and it must be in the condition in which you received it from us. All labels must also be intact and still connected to the product.

Simple, uncomplicated processing

1) REQUEST RETURNS
Please contact us by email at info@westcoast-sailingwear.com and inform us about your return request. If you have ordered items for delivery to a German address, you will receive a DHL return label from us for free return. For returns from other EU countries, please organize the return shipment yourself, unfortunately we cannot cover the return shipping costs. For returns from outside the EU, however, we offer you an extended return option of 30 days.

2) PACK THE RETURN
Pack the item (s) in question. If possible, please use the protective film or cardboard packaging in which the goods were delivered. Close the package securely and attach the return label to the outside. All old shipping labels, stickers and other materials should be removed or made unrecognizable.

3) SEND PACKAGE
Return the package to the shipping service provider. It is advisable to write down the tracking number that is stated on the return label. This way you can track the correct return delivery.

4) RETURN CONFIRMATION & REFUND
As soon as your return has reached us and has been checked by our quality assurance, we will immediately refund the purchase price. Refunds will be made using the payment method you selected when you purchased the item.

You are responsible for the goods until they reach us. Therefore, make sure that the goods are well packaged so that they are not damaged on the way.
Please note that this return offer only applies toWESTCOAST® items that you previously ordered in this online shop. Unfortunately we cannot acceptWESTCOAST® items that you e.g. have moved into aWESTCOAST® booth.
